West Ottawa continues to experience an alarming shortage of small warehouse space, pushing net rental rates to an all-time high of $ 19.00 net per sq ft.  With no small multi-tenant buildings planned in the west, we don’t see this situation changing.  Companies that have traditionally been located in the west end are being pushed to the east end of Ottawa, where there are a few more options, albeit still a limited supply.
