Successfully negotiating above market free rent, tenant allowances as well as mitigating risk and liability for her clients. As a result, this opportunity allows her clients to invest the savings back into their practice.

Marc-Alexander Shank

Over the past three years, Marc-Alexander has purchased and sold properties on the behalf of clients for over $4.1 million dollars. Marc-Alexander is notoriously known to put investment groups together and find the proper investments for those investors.

He has worked closely with private clients, municipalities along with contractors to create turnkey projects ranging from single family homes, to commercial spaces and multi-family properties.

Marc-Alexander’s focus at Capworth is to continue putting investment groups along with finding the right space for office, industrial and retail users. Either it’s a relocation or a lease renewal. His focus is to negotiate flexible business terms along with the best rates for his clients.
